I've decided to try a book challenge for 2009, or maybe two challenges. I found a cool site for readers: http://j-kaye-book-blog.blogspot.com/
I want to try to read 100 books in 2009 ! There's also a challenge for reading 50 Library books. I am going to sign up for both, I think. Once I sign up I'll make a new post here and use that to list the books as I read them so I don't lose track. I just finished a book today (the Friday Night Knitting Club), and went to the library this afternoon. It'll be tough to wait to Jan 1st to start reading, but I'll manage.
I've never tracked or counted my books, so I think this will be fun!

ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a lot of fun! I don't get to read as much as I used to, but I keep thinking one of the days...one of these days.
I have been a bookaholic my entire life and my husband kept saying that I needed to start keeping track. I finally did last year and made it to about 97. And last year was a slow reading year for me actually. I am keeping track again this year. Thanks for your comment on my blog and I look forward to seeing your progress.
